Teller Phone Instructions The Teller-phone is a free telephone
service that allows you to access your
accounts at First Savings Bank Northwest, by calling (425) 277-8610
anytime, day or night.
By calling this number, you can access
the following functions:
1. You can get current deposit account
balances, and other deposit information.
2. You can find out what checks have
cleared your account.
3. You can transfer funds between your
accounts.
4. You can get current loan account
balances, date of last loan payment, and
other loan information.
Here’s how it works…
Just pick up your touch-tone phone and
dial (425) 277-8610.
You will be asked to enter one of the
following:
1 Account Access to Main Menu
2 If you are a merchant and need to see
if there are sufficient funds to clear a
check.
3 Bank business hours and location
information
9 Instructions on Teller-Phone service
For service on our main menu, you will
be asked to enter a security code on the
telephone key pad. The system
allows you to change this number at any
time. We urge you to change this number
for your account protection.
You will be given the following options
from which to choose:
For deposit history, or balance
information
Press 1
Withdrawal history information
Press 2
To transfer funds between your accounts
Press 3
For loan account information
Press 4
To make a loan payment
Press 5
To change your 4 digit security code
(PIN) Press 8
To transfer this call to someone in the
Bank
Press 0
For further options
Press 9
At any time press the star (*) key to
return to the previous or main menu
Helpful Hints:
When you are asked to enter an account
number, be sure to include all 10
digits, starting with the 01 then the
remaining 8 digits.
You will find your account number by
looking at the bottom of your check or
deposit slip. Your account number is the
10 digit number following 325170877.
The pound (#) sign must follow a check
number and each dollar amount you enter.
When entering amount, press all numbers
(including zeros for an even dollar
amount) excluding the decimal point. For
example: $1,500.00 would be entered as
150000#.
