is pleased to announce that it is now offering Home Equity Lines of Credit.  These loans are available on residential owner occupied homes as well as 1-4 family rentals.  A Home Equity Line of Credit is a mortgage loan, usually in a second position, that allows the borrower to obtain cash drawn against the equity in their property, up to a predetermined amount.  This loan provides the customer with the ability to borrow funds at the time and in the amount they choose, up to a maximum credit limit which the Bank has approved them for.  For additional terms and conditions, please contact one of our loan officers.
